Scope of Duties : * Provide customer services and all hand-on technical support as necessary and required to TLD customers
* Familiarize with technical functionalities of TLD products
* Follow-up on after sales service issues especially warranty claims for TLD products sold to customers until the problem is fully solved
* Provide commissioning, training, inspection, factory visit as required for TLD customers
* Coordinate communication between customer and TLD factories, Sales Organization and Spare Parts organization, as well as local sub-contractors if needed to hire
* Maintain communication with customers/users to provide feedback on TLD products for future development and improvements
* Respond to customer’s calls, maintain and update the service records and documentation properly by using the intranet-web and IT tools (such as, TOC, Warranty Claim, Product Demerit Report, etc) developed by the Group in accordance with the Group required procedures
* Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the image of TLD
* Support and assist the Area Sales Manager on all technical specification related matters and technical projects or assignments if any being defined
Training :
On site training in Suvarnabhumi will be provided during probation period (2 months).
Training in our factories in China (Shanghai / Wuxi) will be scheduled right after.
Travelling :
On request in the nearby region (Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar).
Expected to be 25% of the time

- ร่างกายสมบูรณ์แข็งแรง/มีความรู้ทางด้านสายงานช่าง
- สัญชาติไทย
- เพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 25-45 ปี
- สามารถทำงาน Night shift ได้
- สามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย2-3 ปี
